Welcome to the Troop 1 Hopkinton!
Troop 1 is a Boy Scout Troop of about 40 scouts, serving the youth of Hopkinton, Massachusetts since 1916. Our long-time chartered organization was Colella’s Supermarket, but now that they have closed our new chartered organization is Faith Community Church. Our current Scoutmaster is loading… and our Committee Chair is loading….
During the meetings, the Scouts work on merit badges, and Scouting and leadership skills. They also plan for upcoming trips by checking and organizing necessary equipment, planning menus and assigning chores. The meetings usually end with a game that is decided by and lead by one of the patrols.
Youth Membership Forms & Dues:

- Parts A & B Needed to go on any weekend trip
- Part C needed for summer camp and any other trips of 72 hours or more, it MUST be signed by a doctor, plan ahead.
- Annual dues of $125 payable to “Troop 1 Hopkinton.” (Pay only $113 dues if you do NOT want to receive Boys’ Life Magazine.) Dues are prorate based on a start date for new scouts who join mid-year. Financial Aid is available for dues and summer camp, please contact the Scoutmaster or Committee Chair.

Needed if going on any trips or volunteering on the committee or as an Assistant or Merit Badge Counselor. - Youth Protection Training – You can take this online and then show us your certificate
- CORI Form (Criminal Offender Record Information) with Photo ID
- Medical Forms
- Parts A & B Needed to go on any outings or trips
- Part C needed for summer camp and any other trips of 72 hours or more, it MUST be signed by a doctor, plan ahead.
